The Rosty high temperature oven for small production series is suitable for different heat treatment cycles such as browning, roasting, drying and dry cooking. Furthermore, steam cooking can also be performed by adding an optional steam generator.
This oven is therefore suitable for processing a wide range of products such as meat, fish or vegetable based preparations, pâté, ready meals, baked goods and pizza.
Its high performance enables it to reach temperatures up to 280°C, with two trolleys with pastry trays (60×80 cm), or two Gastronorm 2/1 trolleys with 53×65 cm plates.
Alongside high versatility, the Rosty high temperature oven also features:

HIGH TEMPERATURE OVEN PERFORMANCE
The Rosty oven is produced entirely in stainless steel, with an insulated structure for high thermal insulation of the mechanical construction.
High performance impellers and special ducts allow to obtain internal horizontal air flow that optimizes heat distribution and therefore cooking.
This oven is equipped with an electronic control panel to ensure simple and complete management of the production process.
