Industrial food dryers are plants that allow the processing of all food products in drying, desiccation and stabilization phases. The machine can reach a temperature of 70°C during the complete cycle.
The alternating horizontal flow drying plants are custom-designed for industries that process dried products, especially fruit and vegetables, with the raw material positioned on mesh shelves before inserting them on the trolleys to start the process.

DESICCATING OVEN
The drying system enables to set temperature and moisture values via a simple control panel, selecting the process parameters for each recipe. This leads to safe and lean production, allowing to simplify the production processes.
To make the drying even more optimal, the ES type dryer can be combined with various accessories for optimal process control (weight of the products being dried, air speed in a variable or continuous way).
